The Bloomhaven Foundation brings joy directly into a child’s life, teaching them creative skills in a warm, supportive setting. It gives them a practical skill and a memorable experience, fostering confidence and artistic expression. And most importantly, it delivers a clear, compassionate message that many of these children have never truly received before: that there are people who care about them, that their lives matter, and that they are loved.
At Bloomhaven, we believe floral design can be a tool for healing, confidence, and connection. It’s not about perfection — it’s about the process and what it unlocks in each student.

Youth in foster care are disproportionately subject to unemployment, educational setbacks, and homelessness; but the Bloomhaven Foundation pledges to cultivate, teach, and prepare youth for careers in floral design and artistry with job placements and ongoing community support for graduates. From sketch to showtime, students learn it all: concept development, palette curation, floral styling, structural builds, digital renderings, tent treatments, ordering, recipes, and more.
